We currently offer U.S. shipping only.

  • Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days before shipment.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our Order Tracking page.

4. Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

5. Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard shipping only. 

Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes to your order.

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please send a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

9. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items. If your order never arrived, please contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Our stainless steel and gold-plated pieces are resistant to tarnishing with proper care. To prolong their beauty, avoid water, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

12. How should I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions.

  • Use a soft cloth to clean after wear.
